Lovedale Foundation is governed and managed by leadership structure of a Governing Body, Board of Trustees, and advisory committee, headed by the Director.

In principle, the Board is served with no honorarium, salary or compensation.

The key role of the management committee is to provide direction and leadership to the organization, evolve and implement strategy, create relevant organizational policy and efficiently run operations.
