As a CEO, Dinesh’s role is to ensure the vertical growth of the organization by strengthening projects and resources. Dinesh has demonstrated 15 years of experience with corporate giants such as Oracle, sapient etc. He is passionate about social entrepreneurship, employment generation and humanitarian activities. He has wide history of working in the Human resources industry, Research & Development, Business operations and Strategic Planning. The dynamic CEO  has been identified as an Emerging Leader during his corporate tenure.

Jeny Verma

[Director-Projects and Programs]

Jeny began her philanthropic journey in 2001.As an Executive Director she plays a highly crucial role in the organization.Ensuring the quality  control of the projects, Academic excellence of the children, Implementing Community initiatives, etc . A graduate from Calicut University with a tag of “best all rounder” during her graduation. She is also a product of Florina Finishing School. An ex-airliner with Jet air and Leela Group Jeny has considerable experience in the field of developmental initiatives in India and has achieved various milestones in her philanthropic work. She is the recipient of Woman of the Year 2015  and Iconic Woman 2016,Educationist of the year 2017 and has been listed among the  top 10 women achievers in India for  her exemplary developmental initiatives.With her leadership,the Foundation has also bagged the outstanding NGO award on World CSR Congress

 

 

Shajan Samuel

Currently the Vice president of  MAAC , Shajan is the youngest middle manager in MRF Tyres History at the age of 25 years. Leveraging deep general management expertise, his holistic perspective enables him to integrate all facets of the business, resulting in aggressive, yet risk-balanced decision-making to optimize resources and drive cost-efficient operations. A sundry of things but mostly a crafter of words, public speaker, social worker, columnist, runner, short/documentary film maker . He not only strategize but ensure successful execution of programs.

Michelle Rozario

Project Manager

Michelle has extensive experience in corporate world as well as banking sector.She apply innovative strategies to penetrate new avenues on project management.Her dynamic expertise help the Foundation scale vertical when it comes to managing the project.She is the driving force behind our operational team.

Dr.NVR Nathan PhD

Skill training and vocations

Head, Skills Training and Vocations, with wide experience in various fields of knowledge including strategic management, operations management, business development, channel management / distribution in the manufacturing and service industry. Dr. Nathan has a strong association with empowerment of marginalized communities and has been a firm believer in uplifting them through skill development. An astute administrator, he has been involved in setting up of training centers at Lovedale and undertakes additional responsibility of managing these. He has worked in various countries including India, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Mozambique, Kenya and Hong Kong where he has set up apparel parks as the CEO of CMAI- Apparel Training Centers.

 

Reji Thomas

British Trade Commission, Head-Visit Britain. Reji is a highly motivated and energetic individual who uses his management skills to deliver remarkable work at Lovedale Foundation. He has been appointed as Representative – Bangalore for Visit Britain India. He has had over 15 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry. During his career, Reji has worked in multiple countries, including Dubai and Australia before commencing a stint with Cox & Kings in India. In his new role, he is responsible for marketing initiatives to enhance Britain as a destination in South India.

Ponnamma mathew

A science graduate from CMS College Kottayam; she headed the Science Department in her school for over three decades before retiring as the School Principal after 32 years of service where she managed more than 3500 students.She has been the strong pillar behind every initiative of Lovedale and her vast experience has helped the team members to strengthen the area each one is involved with.

 

Anita Ravi

Anita looks after the nutrition program for the children at Lovedale Foundation. She is largely involved in design, development and planning of the program. Anita has worked with Bangalore University as a professor and currently also renders her services as Professor and Deputy Controller at Meenakshi University, Chennai.

 

 

Gerdine Stappenbelt

Gerdine manages the Program Coalition unit and has been on Lovedale Foundation Board since 2006. She is very passionate about social cause, and is a great motivator for the children. Working out of Holland with Gerzon Schiphol B.V as the Buying Manager, she facilitates the organizational activities by promoting them and building a wider coalition.
