Our intent is to create socially viable solutions that contribute to the holistic development of the communities we work with, especially the underprivileged and venerable children, women and youth in Society .Hence our mission is to  empower the vulnerable through developmental initiatives emphasizing on educational and sustainable programs.

 ORGANIZATION OBJECTIVES AND STRUCTURE

Lovedale is managed by a team of like minded professional Individuals, who has the passion for children. They have several years of experience in Teaching, Medical, Academic, Hospitality and Non-Profit world. This enables the Foundation for a smooth operation as well as giving professional approach in every step.

VISION:

To provide intellectual and moral leadership by igniting the minds of children and youth to realize their potential and make positive contributions to the society and to the nation at large. 

SUSTAINABILITY

Lovedale has envisaged self sustainability of the programme right from planning, itself. The community will be highly participating in the programme by volunteering to identification, planning the programme in workshop, suggestions, and becoming members of Child Protection Cells that are planned to form in every quarry villages to sustain and support the programmes. These cells comprises of SHG leaders, project staff, quarry owners, government personnel, Anganawadi worker, panchayath members, village key leaders, child sangha president/secretary and membership also with local policemen. Lovedale foundation is already active member of The women and child welfare department and government run juvenile homes for future programme sustainability and support. Open Day shelters will become place for referrals to government run homes and local NGOs.

This way, the programme will definitely be self sustained through community, and government persons’ participation and support, thereby, leading to self sustainability.The foundation promotes community based organizations and structures to ensure the sustainability. At the same time, the organization will establish effective linkages and network with government department like women and child department, Juvenile homes, and NGOs running Children’s homes.
