Mr.Khatri comes with over 30 years of experience in different capacities, with the major part of his career having been in the field of Training and Development. GM at ITC Bay Island, Port Blair - Pioneered the concept of Sustainable Development through the eco designing methodology, He has served as GM Environment Initiatives of ITC Hotels. He was the part of the expert committee of IICA - Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
He Headed the Confederation of Indian Industry’s (CII) Renewable Energy Cell for a year during the period 1996 to 1997. Developed the eco-rating for schools for the Delhi Government which has been distributed to over 1200 schools, translated into Marathi & further distributed to 6000 schools in Maharashtra. He has trained more than 650 teachers in 55 schools in Eco Designing Methodology (EDM), including 45 rural schools in understanding the nuances of ecological design: Planet People & Profit.
He has been the recipient of the Helen Keller Award in 2006 & in 2011; Green Hotelier award 2010 & Parivartan Sustainability Leadership Award 2012. IGBC fellow award 2016.

He has worked in various countries including India, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Mozambique, Kenya and Hong Kong where he has set up apparel parks as the CEO of CMAI - Apparel Training Centers.
A retired principal with 32 years of experience in Education and management, she is a science graduate from CMS College Kottayam; she headed the Science Department in her school for over three decades where she managed more than 3500 students. She has been the strong pillar behind every initiative of Lovedale and her vast experience has helped the team members to strengthen the area each one is involved with. She has donated her entire savings to the Educational projects under the foundation.
Gerdine manages the Program Coalition unit and has been on Lovedale Foundation Board since 2006. She is very passionate about social cause, and is a great motivator for the children.She is the Senior Project Manager for GASSAN Diamonds BV, Amsterdam. She facilitates the organizational activities by promoting them and building a wider coalition.

Leveraging deep general management expertise, his holistic perspective enables him to integrate all facets of the business, resulting in aggressive, yet risk-balanced decision-making to optimize resources and drive cost-efficient operations. In his new role, he is responsible for marketing initiatives to enhance Britain as a destination in South India.

Extensive experience in crafting e-learning programs built with the appropriate instructional design approach by understanding the need of the users.
